REIS Associates is a privately held commercial real estate company based in Houston, Texas. The company was founded by Frank Staats in 2014. REIS' team has extensive experience in property management, leasing, asset management support services, construction, accounting, and environmental services for a wide variety of products including commercial office buildings, mixed use centers, medical, industrial, universities, and hotels.
Our goal is to enhance property values by providing exceptional customer service, managing properties from the perspective of an owner and managing capital and operational projects closely to the benefit of our clients and tenants.
