PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
REIS Associates LLC provides premier property and facility management services with an experienced management team that utilizes proven systems and advanced technologies. Each asset has a comprehensive, property specific detail plan to meet the needs of the client and the investors. REIS’ ability to build analytical models, increase value, understand ownership objectives and outstanding customer service provides the firm a unique position in the market. REIS currently manages over 1.3MM sf of retail, office, mixed use, and industrial.
DUE DILIGENCE and ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
We provide an experienced due diligence and environmental team that is adept at handling acquisitions and dispositions of all types of commercial product types—office, retail, industrial and land. Members in this team aid with acquisitions and dispositions of assets including coordinating PCA, ESA, title, survey and closing of approximately 14.5MM sf of properties with approximate value of $3.5B since 2015. They have assisted with ESA and development strategy for urban redevelopment projects for clients such as Lionstone, Urban Genesis, and StableWood.
ACCOUNTING and FINANCIAL REPORTING
REIS provides full-service accounting and financial reporting services with a team that is experienced in CTI, MRI, Kardin and other popular software packages. The team can assist with conversions, budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, due diligence and lease compliance.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We provide an experienced construction management team that is adept at handling all types of projects and commercial product types—office, retail, data centers, parking garages, medical and industrial. This past year REIS handled construction contracts over $2.4MM in value.
LEASING MANAGEMENT
REIS has over three decades of leasing and leasing management across asset types to inform and advise its clients to make the best decisions about their properties. The leasing team at REIS understands leasing from an ownership perspective and knows property leasing is paramount to a property’s success.
The leasing team must attract the right tenant to the right project at the right moment in time for an asset to generate revenue and create value. This requires a balance between tenant demand, market trends, a property’s location and physical attributes, as well as an owner’s strategy and objectives attuned to maximizing lease flexibility and creating long-term value. The team closed $4.8 million in lease deals in 2022.
